👓👓Seeing What Truly Matters Most👓👓
There is a profound shift from human vision to God's Sovereign sight. While our world obsesses over outward appearances, scripture reminds us that human sight is severely limited. God sees what truly matters. Through David’s anointing, Psalm 23, the blind man’s healing in John 9, and Ephesians 5, we learned to see through His eyes.
As we continue our week, let us remember these five important lessons:
1. Stop Judging by the Cover: God looks at your heart and character, not your outward success or social media filters.
2. Trust the Presence, Not the Path: In dark valleys, you don't need to see the exit if you are holding the Shepherd's hand.
3. Admit Your Blind Spots: True spiritual sight begins when you humbly ask God to reveal where you might be wrong.
4. Look for Miracles in the Mess: Just as Jesus used mud to heal, God can use your complicated, messy situations for great blessings.
5. Be a Light-Source: Don't just complain about the dark. Live with such love and honesty that others can see the way home.
Let the Shepherd guide you, and let God’s eyes become your eyes.
