Sharing a Comment on "Seasons"
My nonogenarian friend commented in an email to our LightBearers posting on Seasons:
I am in a NEW Season of life. don't try to define it just-- go with whatever God's plan is for me....trusting that it will be wonderful. Yes. I am a bit slower now;, that's okay, because I am blessed to still be pretty healthy in all ways. I simply believe that He has kept me here for a reason; I find that I make decisions more intentionally ...and pray the same way. For myself, I ask little, for He has given me all I need, and more. My concerns are for my family and friends
I have been in a time of slow-down , having to give up some of the things that have been part of my activities....but that is changing and some of those things are being renewed again All in all, for me, being of "great age" is just part of the journey....and it it wonderful,,,,for He has blessed me all along the way!
